at the SMART Property Exhibition in Hong Kong from June 24th - 26th 2006
 During the 3-day event, Dhevatara Properties showcased its luxury beachfront developments in Koh Samui. The Samui Villas & Homes booth attracted a mix of Hong Kong nationals and Western expatriates working in Hong Kong. Visitors displayed a very good knowledge of the Thailand property market and were impressed by the quality of the Thai projects relative to the booming Thailand market.

 The Koh Samui Regatta, has just completed its fifth year, is widely regarded as the highlight of the Asian sailing circuit. The week long sailing extravaganza, now officially recognised by the International Sailing Federation, brought together many of the world’s top sailors that guaranteed a week of fun filled racing action and passionate partying. The atmosphere was laid back island style offering a truly unique event.
