Thailand and the rest of the world are waiting with baited breath for the upcoming Thailand General Elections, scheduled to take place on 23rd December 2007. There is genuine hope that the elections will be a turning point for Thailand, as there has not been much to chear about in the past 12 months or so. The foreign community is also anxious to see how the new democratically elected government will view the Foreign Business Act amongst many other potential changes to a wide ranging list of topics.
