There are two styles of property available; large single storey beachfront and multi-storey hillside. The layout of the beach front houses has been carefully designed to optimise the space and create a feeling of intrigue. Each consists of 4 pavilions that hold the villas’ sleeping quarters; the contemporary master bedroom lies at the front of the property with the secondary bedrooms at the rear. The accommodation also includes a stylish full kitchen/dining pavilion and stepped pond over to a contemporary living room. The large private pool and sala lie next to the living room and adjoin the beach.
The multi-storey hillside villas sit directly behind the beachfront homes and afford fabulous sea views. The ground level comprises the private parking area and 1 double ensuite bedroom with a small garden courtyard. The first floor is the primary living area with a combined kitchen/dining and living room on one side and 2 further ensuite (shower only) bedrooms opposite. This level is also where a large deck and private pool are located. On the second and top floor sits the spacious master bedroom, which boasts a small sitting area, a sizeable ensuite with bathtub and views to die for!
