Dhevatara Cove - Winner of Best Villa Award

Dhevatara Properties enjoyed a successful 2006 in terms of achieving construction and sales targets. We hope to be able to consolidate our position as the premium developer of luxury properties on Koh Samui with the completion of Dhevatara Residence in early 2007. We will then focus on achieving our Rental targets for these completed properties. Dhevatara are preparing to raise the benchmark once again for Luxury property in Thailand with its latest offering at Pang Ka, to be released early 2007
We hope that the Thai Government clarifies its legal position with regards to Foreign Investment, as there is great potential for Koh Samui and for Thailand in general. We look forward to building on our strong foundations.
Dhevatara has plans to develop an Island, several beachfront properties and will be launching its own Resort concept in the ever popular destination of Seychelles. Dhevatara is creating luxury serviced apartments in the new Marina and Business districts of Dubai and these will be launched late 2007 and will be available for purchase or lease. In keeping with Dhevatara’s luxury lifestyle concept, Dhevatara is in negotiations for a country property in England within an hour’s drive of a major international airport, and will also house Dhevatara’s growing Equestrian business.
