Baan Ratree, at Dhevatara Residence provides guests with luxurious accommodation in a relaxed beautiful beachfront location at Bophut Bay on Koh Samui's prestigious northern shore. Beautifully framed by a small headland, the site is secluded yet commands open views across the bay towards the Big Buddha and Koh Phangan. The Sea View villas that sit directly behind the beachfront villas provide guests with superior views and private multi-story accommodation. These beautiful villas provide guests with privacy and space to ensure the ultimate in relaxation and conveniences. The ground level comprises the private parking area and a double bedroom and en-suite with small garden courtyard. The first level is the primary living area with a large deck surrounding the villas swimming pool with the combined kitchen/dining and living room on one side and two more bedrooms with en-suites opposite. On the second and top level sits the large master bedroom. This room has a small sitting area and sizeable en-suite with bathtub that has views to die for!

• Located on the North coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from Koh Samui's International Airport.

Villa Rates
• Daily rates from US$ 440 to 1,100, reduced occupancy rate for 2 bedroom available.
• Bonus nights available during Intermediate season.
• Daily rates include a Thai Chef service (food cost on Guests account).
• Reduced occupancy rate and/or promotional rate does not include chef service (can be provided upon availability and additional service fee).
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran).
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 (eight) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night.
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax.
• Airport transfer: US$ 30 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car.
• Baby cot provided free of charge.
• Rates include daily Continental breakfast.
• For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests.
